Setting Up A Java User:
| 1. |
If you have not yet created a BusinessLink/Java user, refer to BusinessLink/Web Administration manual located at:
http://support.businesslink.com/docs/businesslink/homepage.htm
|
| 2. |
Make sure the Java user printing option is enabled. Enter the command: GO ABL/ABL to access BusinessLink Main
Menu and select option 30 "Administration Menu"
|
| 3. |
Select option "Work with Java Users"
|
| 4. |
Enter option 2 to Edit the selected user
|
| 5. |
Enter "Y" for Printing to enable this option
|
| 6. |
Make note of the registration number as this will be used to identify the java users *OUTQ. During Java User creation, an
*OUTQ is generated in the ABL library called ABJnnnnn, where "nnnnn" refers to the registration number. For example, Registration number
00003 will have an *OUTQ named ABJ00003.
|
| 7. |
Change the *OUTQ of the AS/400 user profile associated with the Java registration to the Java users *OUTQ (i.e. ABL/ABJ00003)
Command: CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(*USER) OUTQ(ABL/ABJnnnnn)
|
